Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible!

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

  • International orders: 10–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above( except International orders).

  • Cash on Delivery is not available now. Soon we are trying start this too 

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide!

  • International shipping rates and duties/taxes vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

Non-Delivery / Delays
