Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If your order doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer a size exchange.

Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Only size exchanges are allowed — no style, color, or product exchanges at this time.

  • Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.

Exchange Process

  1. Request Exchange:
    Contact us at info@theurbancottonindia.com within 7 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and desired size.

  2. Ship Back the Item:
    You can either:

    • Use your own courier service, or

    • Request a reverse pickup 

  3. Receive Replacement:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll dispatch your new size within 3–5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

  • Items on sale, clearance, or custom-made are not eligible for exchange.
